Ladd’s Addition Between Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard and Division Street from 12th to 20th avenues Portland, OR 97214 is named after William Ladd, and is known in Portland for its peculiar diagonal street pattern that is relative to the rest of the area. It’s quite easy to get lost while driving or walking through the zig-zag streets, but if you make it to the center you are sure to find a beautiful rose garden and rhododendrons that line the sweet center.
