Alameda Elementary School – State-of-the-art media and technology center

Part of the Portland School District, and located in the Alameda neighborhood, it boasts a state-of-the-art media and technology center, two computer labs, laptops in the classrooms and smart boards. Just the ticket to prepare children for the technocentic future. The school caters to PK-5th graders and features both a talented and gifted program (TAG) program as well as a program for special needs children that accommodates their needs without removing them from a regular classroom setting.
According to the parents with children enrolled at Alameda it is a very safe place where both teachers and parents get involved in every aspect of the learning process.
